How Safe is Vaping?

The main finding of an evidence review carried out by Public Health How England, a government agency that aims to protect and improve the nation's health and wellbeing, and reduce health inequalities has found that:

  • The use of electronic cigarettes has risen and they are now the most popular quitting aid in England.
  • Electronic cigarettes are around 95% safer than smoking.
  • Electronic cigarettes release negligible amounts of nicotine into the environment, and no health risks to others through passive smoking have been identified.

Are there any other benefits to Vaping over traditional smoking?

Arguably there are many. We have found that vaping can be considerably cheaper than smoking traditional cigarettes. What do your ejuices contain?

Our ejuices come in a variety of nicotine strengths and flavours and consist of four ingredients:

  • Nicotine;
  • Vegetable Glycerine (VG);
  • Propylene Glycol (PG); and
  • Flavouring

The flavouring in ejuices is the same as food flavourings, but some have been specially created for vaping. You can even mix two or more flavours together to make new blends. For example, if you like menthol, but enjoy tobacco, mix them up in different proportions and see what you get - we test our individual ejuices to achieve a great flavours but that shouldn't stop you from experimenting either - that's part of life, try it, see what you get. This is another reason why vaping is so enjoyable, customising a flavour that's right for you.

All of our ejuices are made in the UK in state-of-the-art fully automated facilities with ISO Class 7 certified cleanrooms. They're all tested for consistency and flavour, so rest assured, you're buying quality.

What strength nicotine do I need in my E-liquid?

The strength of the nicotine in your ejuice correlates with the number of traditional cigarettes you smoke per day. If smoking around 20 per day then a nicotine strength of 1.8% is advised. If smoking around 10 per day then start with a nicotine strength of 1.2%. If you are using an electronic cigarette to help you stop smoking then reducing your nicotine strength to 0.6% can be achieved within 3 - 6 months of vaping if desired. 

Nicotine strengths may also be expressed in mg. So if you have an ejuice with 3mg of nicotine that means it's the amount of nicotine in milligrams per millilitre of ejuice.  If it's expressed as a percentage, then 1.2% strength is 12mg per ml.

How long will my E-liquid last?

This depends on how much you vape. Some people vape all day long, whilst others vape during dedicated times of the day. As a rough guide, an average 20 a day smoker of traditional cigarettes will utilise a 10ml bottle every 3 - 4 days in a classic electronic cigarette.

How safe are your E-liquids?

The TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) came into effect on 20th May 2016, designed to regulate the electronic cigarette industry. At the moment anyone can establish a business selling electronic cigarettes and ejuices. Some manufacturers may currently be making ejuices in inappropraite conditions and not necessarily to professional standards, without the consumer knowing the overall quality of the end product. 

Our E-liquids are manufactured in the UK using pharmaceutical grade nicotine, flavouring, Propylene Glycol, and Vegetable Glycerine by qualified persons adhering to strict manufacturing and quality procedures. Our ejuices are premium products made to professional standards, they are tried and tested before you get to use them.

What types of E-liquids do you sell?

We sell two types.  Ejuices for classic electronic cigarettes and ejuices for sub-ohm devices. If you're a beginner and have a classic electronic cigarette (not a sub-ohm device) choose from our premium ejuice range. If you're more experienced and have a sub-ohm device, then our max VG ejuices are for you.

What strength E-liquids do you sell?

Our sub-ohm ejuices come in a 3mg nicotine strength, a popular strength that sells very well, and our classic ejuices come in 0.6%, 1.2% and 1.8% strengths. We recommend you lower your strength over time to come down to a level you feel comfortable with. 

Can E-liquids change colour?

Yes they can and this is completely normal and nothing to worry about. This is because of their exposure to air and light. We do however recommend that your store your ejuices in a cool, dry, and dark room, so as to minimise exposure to the elements.

What age must I be to purchase from luvejuice?

You must be 18 or above to order from luvejuice and may only use this website if you are 18 and above. 

How can I place and order and make payment?

You can place an order online on our website, the preferred method by most of our customers. Alternatively you can give us a call at 020 3637 6073 to place an order over the phone. 

Are transactions through your store secure?

Yes - our entire site is secure (see the key lock in the address bar above) and our payments are processed by PayPal.

Will I receive an order confirmation and order number?

Yes. Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email confirming your purchase along with your order number and all relevant details pertaining to your purchase from luvejuice.  

How quickly do you dispatch?

We make every effort to dispatch same day for all orders received by 1pm UK time. Occasionally due to the number of orders we receive, this may not always be possible and your order may be dispatched the following day. We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. Therefore any orders received after 1pm on a Friday will only be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a notification of dispatch - we aim to keep you informed every step of the way.

Will I receive a tracking number?

If your delivery is being sent via a tracked service, then yes. Your tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my order once placed?

You can change your order if it has not yet been dispatched but you must get in contact with us as soon as possible to be able to put a stop on the order and make the amendment before it is shipped.

How will I recognise my luvejuice order on my statements?

To avoid any confusion, any purchases you have made from luvejuice, will appear as luvejuice on your statements. We believe in keeping things nice and simple.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what shall I do? 

If you've recently placed an order with us, please allow up to five working days before contacting us. This is to ensure the Royal Mail have a sufficient amount of time to deliver your items. In some instances, although rare, this can be anything up to thirty days (e.g. bad weather, festive periods).
